Join Seattle City Councilmember Sally Clark and the Sound Transit Deputy CEO Celia Kupersmith on the quarterly Feet First Walk & Talk through Capitol Hill on Tuesday, May 24th, 2011 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30p.m.
Leaders will lead a short walk, stopping at three main locations to illustrate the projects successfully accomplished. Participants will get the opportunity to learn about Green space, Sound transit, and compact development.
Feet First Walk & Talk events are designed to showcase area redevelopment that incorporates features to promote walking and to make people more aware of the importance of walkable communities. The Walk & Talk will begin at 5:30 p.m. from the Odd Fellows Building (the entry is to the right of Odd Fellows Cafe)

Walk & Talk participants will have the opportunity to learn how the neighborhood in Capitol Hill has made improvements to transform the neighborhood into a more walkable and livable area. The walk will end with a reception at The Baltic Room (1207 Pine Street Seattle WA98101).
